Ordering Policy
There is no minimum order, only the minimum quantity on each item. The price-break quantity is per item only, there is no mixing to reach the break. Restocking fee (15%) will be charged if the package is refused without prior notice.
Freight Policy
Season Flower charges freight as is. (the charge by UPS/Fed Ex). We are glad to ship the order on your account.
Backorder Policy
Backorders below $50 will be canceled. All backorder will ship as the products become available without prior notice.
Return/Cancellation Policy
Damage/Wrong items can be returned at shipper's cost. The buyers are responsible for the shipping cost for all other returns. All returns must have return-approval by email or phone. Orders can be cancel ONLY IF it has not shipped out. Once the completion of order, the order cannot be canceled.
